It depends on scope, but most engagements follow a pattern. The diagnostic takes two weeks. A proof-of-concept model usually takes another four to six weeks. Production deployment, including testing and documentation, adds three to five weeks on top of that. So a straightforward project from first meeting to live system runs roughly ten to thirteen weeks.
Not at all. Messy data is the norm, not the exception. Part of our diagnostic is assessing what data you have, what shape it is in and what gaps need filling. We have started projects where the client's primary data source was a folder of scanned PDFs. We cleaned, structured and loaded it into a proper pipeline within three weeks.
We charge on a project basis, not hourly. The two-week diagnostic is a fixed fee of £2,400. After that, we provide a detailed quote for the build phase. Most projects we have delivered in the past twelve months fell between £8,000 and £35,000 depending on complexity. We are transparent about pricing from the start; there are no surprise invoices.
Yes, and we prefer it. Embedding with your developers means knowledge transfer happens naturally during the project rather than as a separate handover event. We use standard tooling: Python, Git, Docker, common cloud platforms. Your team will have full access to repositories from day one.

During the call we will ask about your current data landscape, the business problem you want to solve and any constraints around budget or timeline. We will be honest if we think AI is not the right answer for your situation. After the call, if there is a good fit, we send a one-page proposal outlining the diagnostic phase, expected deliverables and cost.
